30 DAY RETURN POLICY
Returns for any reason are accepted up to 30 days from the purchase date*. Any item returned must be in brand new, unused condition and properly repacked in it’s original box, with all accessories, manuals and packaging materials. Upon receipt and acceptance of your return, we will refund to you the purchase price. Shipping and handling charges are only refundable in the event that an item was either defective or incorrect. Contact us at CustomerService@SkywardMerchants.com to obtain the appropriate address for sending us your return and to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
* DVD's, CD-Roms, Software & Videos are not returnable unless the item is either defective or incorrect. If such an item is defective or incorrect, it can only be exchanged for the same item.
SHIPPING POLICY
Orders placed before 3pm Eastern Time Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, are shipped the next business day. Shipment tracking information is sent in a seperate email once the shipment has left our facility. Any shipment refused by the customer or returned as undeliverable will be treated as a return and subject to our return policy. Customs fees for shipments outside of the United States are the responsiblity of the customer and are in addition to the cost shown on the invoice.
